Decor project

Our service includes the creation of a project dedicated exclusively to decor, designed and built according to the individual needs of the fitting of a private residence, yacht, plane or office.
Our expertise is highly specialized and focuses on accessories, furnishing accessories and any other high-end decoration element for both indoor and outdoor.
Based on the layout schemes or general plans of an environment, each project will be carried out through a consolidated and specific proprietary work methodology in the field of decor. Our know-how will allow the client to have the maximum level of detail for each environment with the proper suggestions for the arrangement, the usage methods and the exact amount of each item proposed.

Our working method is highly innovative and involves the client throughout the entire creative process, that is tailored to fulfil unique needs. Our “tailor-made” designers work with the customer during the design process, through four key stages: brief, design, development and delivery.

Essentially, a tailor-made service that goes beyond trends and introduces a new concept of luxury and personalisation.

The client can choose to manage his decoration project and interface with Personal Identity’s team with 4 different approaches:

  • entirely remotely;

  • requesting a meeting in their own location wheresoever in the world;

  • through professional figures as architects or interior designers;

  • in person visiting our showroom in Parma, Italy.

Our showroom is located in Parma, UNESCO city for gastronomy in the middle of the so-called food valley, and is surrounded by the greenery of a country villa. In Parma, a few steps from Milan, we offer one of the most complete exhibitions on the Italian market of high-end accessories for the decoration of prestigious environments.
The Showroom is divided into thematic areas and product specializations, allowing the clients to set the various stages of a project in a single visit, choosing every detail.
The space has a “central stage” that is set up according to the customer and the project in progress, making every visit exclusive and unique. Displayed in our exhibitors and in our shelves, you can find more than 60 porcelain brands, 1,500 types of crystal glasses, modern and classic silverware, 5,000 samples of bed linen and towels, 250 vases and sculptures, 10,000 squares of fabric, wood and leather accessories with almost 2500 colour variations plus an endless range of luxury accessories of all kinds.

Showroom

Quality control

Before each delivery our workflow includes a series of actions aimed at identifying and monitoring the quality standards of the items sold. To ensure compliance with the requirements, our quality control team carries out systematic tests and inspections on each item. Often we oversee also the production process, interfacing directly with the suppliers and using specific tools and testers. The items that arrive at our warehouse undergo a long process of meticulous control and each one is unpacked, inspected, measured and then repacked. In addition, to ensure the items’ maximum quality over time, we provide the recommended guidelines for routine maintenance or for washing of fabrics.

Delivery

One of the main benefits of our service is to have a single interlocutor for every order, even when the project requires tens of different suppliers. The items are always subjected to a long process of meticulous control and each item is unpacked, inspected, measured and then repacked. For the consignment our client can choose whether to receive the items chosen in a single delivery or in several tranches, depending on the needs.
We can rely on long established relationships with several international logistics companies that allow us to ensure a safe and fast delivery. To achieve this goal, we use our means for deliveries in Italy and in some European countries. Concerning deliveries outside the European Union, we use a specialized international shipping company that will deliver to any country of the world.
We also offer an ultrafast lane delivery service that allows you to deliver one or more products, or a spare part, directly at home or on board of a yacht or at the airport with a timing of one or two days.

Set up and styling

Once a project is completed, we provide a detailed layout scheme with the suggested positioning of the items chosen within each environment. If requested our internal styling team is available to unpack and place the items, providing a complete set up on site anywhere in the world. The same service can also be carried out directly with the client or in collaboration with professional figures as the interior designer or the architect.

Post sale

The service we provide does not end with the delivery of the products or the set up on site. We are always available with after-sales care, support, warranty and delivery of spare parts or maintenance for all products that require it. We love to keep the relationships with our clients alive over time and we are proud of the long-lasting relations we are able to nurture even after a project has been finalized and delivered. Among the various services available: spare parts of any kind, products for care and maintenance, metal or silver renewal or replacement details of leather goods.

Order archive

Very often it is necessary to reorder the products after a break, a damage or to renew the client’s need. Personal Identity has a proprietary digital inventory system where every project is kept in memory with the details of all delivered products, materials, colors, etc.
In the case of tailor-made products, an extra copy is made and kept in our archives. Thereby it will be easier even after a long period of time to make reorders identicald to the original products.
